About Paul Foley Law

After many years in-house in International Tech firms and laterally as a Partner in private practice, I have established my own law firm Paul Foley Law.

I provide legal advice, opinions and documentation to companies, entrepreneurs, law firms and alternative legal services providers, on doing business by electronic means in regulated sectors.

More particularly I specialise in Corporate Law, Commercial Law including all aspects of doing business on the Internet, Charities Law and on Financial Services Laws and Regulation.
